Mr Martin has caled his election.How will this effect the sport fishing comunity?whats your thoughts? ,don't want to hear political gripeing just how does this effect our favorite pastime? any views on:off shore drilling, fish farms,comercial and native fisheries.

Time for a change after all the waste of our money, HRDC
boondoogle, billion dollars spent on gun registry that has accomplished nothing, advertizing scandal and the list goes on.
Out with them.
Give someone else a chance and maybe they will see you can not do things like I mentioned above and get relected.

Sandy, it naturally degenerates into Political cranking simply because politicians can only care about a) getting elected and b) getting re-elected. In this country it is better to say you are working to help the less fortunate than to say you are working to protect the environment because the environment don't vote. The federal Liberals have chosen an effective if morally bankrupt path of pandering to special interest groups. ( that includes everyone who thinks the government can solve their problems). Common sense loses place to political expediency. And I have no doubt that the Conservatives, NDP, Bloc Quebecois or the Green party are any different.

I didn't believe for a minute that it woudn't,just wonderd how long.hoping to hear constructive ideas and some may be from out of the box. Personaly I feel that if the Liberals had made a boiled egg the prime minister,David Anderson would figure a way to lay eggs.
What do I hope for ,a close race. after that's all over ask your M.P. lots of questions,give your opinion and often thats the only way they are aware that you are paying attention to what they are doing.If you don't, you have no right to gripe(a generalisation)Can't waite for the provincial
