As presented to the ongoing Halibut Allocation Hearing (Graeme Malcolm & Commercial License Holders) & DFO:

A bit of a lengthy read, however Bang On in regards to what was submitted to the the Court (on our behalf).

I strongly suggest anyone with an interest in these issues to have a read!

I like it.... any wagers on how many delays will be introduced/accepted by the DFO??
