Title: Black Gold Lodge.......Here I come

My booking is in and confirmed for the 3rd week in August.... I believe the coho will be thick then....Boat is upgraded, so Ill get to them first....

ROLL ON AUGUST.....I cant wait.

Looks like a good time!  Looking forward to hearing about it.  Have you done the "lodge thing" before?

When I came to Canada on honey moon 5 years ago, I fished Canadian Princess out of Ucluelet. Didnt get any salmon but at least I got 2 halibut, at that stage I had never seen one, and didnt even know what i had bagged. It was great, but have not done anything since then, now that i am starting to get use to the fishing and the species in Canada, I am getting selective.

The owner of the lodge is a freind of mine, and I had him hunting at my place last year and he loved it. So as a good will gesture I will be fishing with him this year..
