Finally the Province has agreeded to meet with us in early September, I just got a reply from my request this week, it has been a long haul getting them to sit across the table, maybe it is because they know a chance of government is coming. ;D
I can not make the meeting on the date they will meet as away but our tech guys will be there which is the most important thing.

Meeting set in Vancouver for this Tuesday with Emergency Management BC people from Victoria 3 of our committee members will be there representing our concerns, top notch guys of this subject.
