Title: NHL Playoffs First Round Predictions

I've created a Google Form for people to submit their picks for who will win each series and in how many games. Once the first round begins I'll close the form so no more entries will be accepted. Once the first round is over we can tally the results and award points for correct answers. I'm open to suggestions on how many points each answer should be worth. I think 1 for the correct team, 2 extra for the correct number of games (only awarded if the team is right), but I'm open to suggestions.

Make sure to use your handle on the forum here. That way you are recognizable.

The form can be filled in here: CLOSED

Please no duplicate entries, unless you really feel you'd like to change your answers. In which case it is imperative you use the same name so I can remove the earlier entry.

What a surprise. They haven't made the playoffs since I've been a member of this forum.

Thanks for the update, Chris.  Somehow that had escaped my attention.  LOL

Even if the Canucks weren't in it, I'd still be enjoying the playoffs, because I enjoy the sport of hockey, not just watching the Canucks.  :)

The fact they're a part of the real season just makes it that much more enjoyable.

Whether you're team's in the playoffs or not, there is plenty of good hockey on. The battle of Pennsylvania should be excellent as should the Predators/Wings series.

All right. First round is over so get your picks for the Second round in before tomorrow evening. Unfortunately it's short notice, but such is life when 3 eastern conference rounds go to game seven.
