An inflatable boat is allowed. May I ask where you intend to use it.

Wear a life vest...you're going to need it.
-
Last week we watched some guy lower his inflatable pontoon boat of the bridge in cable pool, where it hung for 2 hours.. then the guy decided he wasnt going in so pulled it up :o had a good chuckle ;D

You're also going to need a helmet and kevlar vest.
-
and likely an ambulance and/or medical chopper :o ....holmes*

Lol buddy are you kidding me? You can bring your boat if you really want to but trust me it's not safe...not to mention youre going to really piss people off who fish the cliffs...better if you invest your time in finding a isolated spot where there's noone. My $0.02

Yeah, Cable pool is kind of nuts to be fishing from any raft. It might be worth while to take your inflatable to the river mouth at Ambleside beach. With the water level so low, the fish is staging near the mouth of the river instead of moving into the river.
-
Let me know when you're going, I'd love to see this ;D

OMG lol!!!
Have you guys seen the guy who goes boogie boarding down The river in high water? That guy is nuts, but he works for search and rescue so im sure he knows what he's doing.
-
I saw him once, looked like fun!
-

Yes looks like a lot of fun!
He also has a wetsuit and helmet as well as experience.
There was a guy snorkeling for lures the other day as well. I can imagine the riches of lures in some of the meatholes around here.

Crazy not to wear a helmet
