I mean are they allowed to used in cap, I know kayak is allowed in cap

I couldn't find the info about boating on the park website

Last week we watched some guy lower his inflatable pontoon boat of the bridge in cable pool, where it hung for 2 hours.. then the guy decided he wasnt going in so pulled it up :o had a good chuckle ;D

Lol buddy are you kidding me? You can bring your boat if you really want to but trust me it's not safe...not to mention youre going to really piss people off who fish the cliffs...better if you invest your time in finding a isolated spot where there's noone. My $0.02

Yeah, Cable pool is kind of nuts to be fishing from any raft.  It might be worth while to take your inflatable to the river mouth at Ambleside beach. With the water level so low, the fish is staging near the mouth of the river instead of moving into the river.

Yep ive seen him, helpful guy, saw him try and scale a cliff in the current to free a guys lure :o

those rafters were there again today, only two this time though...

Yes looks like a lot of fun! 
He also has a wetsuit and helmet as well as experience.

There was a guy snorkeling for lures the other day as well.  I can imagine the riches of lures in some of the meatholes around here.
