Title: TFO Warranty

I have nothing but great things to say about the TFO warranty program. I broke my rod over the weekend (100% my fault), and shipped out the broken piece along with $30 to the distributor. It got to Calgary in a day (Xpresspost) and a new piece was returned to me today. All I have to say is that is awesome.

I quite honestly feel that TFO is the example by which bang-for-buck and warranty centers should be measured!!

Agreed guys. My 5 weight axiom has been broken on three different occasions and returned the same day it was received. Amazing service!!
