Title: October cow moose down!
Post by: alwaysfishn on October 19, 2010, 08:03:17 AM
Was fortunate enough to fill my LEH tag last week.

Unfortunately because there were no antlers, the dead animal pictures I have are not very impressive......  ;)    so I've posted some pictures of some of my favorite parts of the hunt......   ;D

We used animal gut casings from Jonston's in Chilliwack. We made 135 lbs of sausage with no breaks!  As far as the smokehouse I found another use for the bradley puck burner... :)
