Just in the final steps of putting together a 2011 B.C. Classic Centrepin Calendar with a limited run of 250. The reels that will be featured are Thomas Cemm, Centurion,
Coult, McDonald, Sergeeff, Super Jewel, Stach, IMW, Coates, Coulson, Talisman and a Searun. The calendars will sell for $15.00 with 100% of the money going to the B.C.
Steelhead Society. The Calendars will be available ( Mid October will keep you up to date) through our sponsors and please support them and thank them. Murphy Sport Fishing, Screaming Reels Guide Service, Kingfishers, Searun Tackle, Hatch Matchr, Pacific Angler, Reaction Fly and Tackle, Fred's Custom Tackle, St. Croix Rods, Kingpin Reels, Minn Kota, Humminbird, Chilliwack Dart and Tackle, Milner Reels and Islander Reels. Also a great big thanks to Aaron Goodis for taking the pictures.

Aaron is a good friend of mine (his dad taught me fly fishing and tying about 12 years ago). Anyway, his photography is amazing and I'd highly recommend getting one of these calendars. Btw - I'll take one. :)

Nice idea, I might pick 1 up as well.
One question tho with the list you have for reels, wouldn't you want an Avon on that list, bit more of a classic than let say an IMW ???

CK you are right but this calendar is only "B.C. Makers". If the calendar is a success we will be doing more years. Therfor running out of BC makers and will add other makers outside of BC. So far all the imput has been positive and a good interest in sales.

I love the idea of the calendar itself and with the money going to the SSBC, even better. I will take one once available. Please post once they are available at the above mentioned stores

Just had a sneak peak at the draft copy.....looks awesome. Best of all, all the money from the sales of the calendars goes back into the
BC Steelhead Society thanks to our sponsors. As per a time frame say the end of October. Will keep this thread up to date.

Well they are here, I will hopefully be picking up the calendars this Monday and numbering them. On Wednesday or Thursday I will deliver them to our sponsors stores. They turned out great with full bleed pictures, spiral bound and a heavy card stock. There seems to be a lot of interest in purchasing the calendars. With a small run of 250 they should sell out fast. Please bring CASH as 100% of the money goes to The Steelhead Society of BC. And thanks again to our sponsors.

I dropped the calendars off today to our sponsors stores. Please bring $15.00 cash and thank them for sponsoring. Remember all the procedes go directly to the Steelhead Society of BC. I will try and add a picture of the cover.

I got mine today number 102 of 250, cool calendar a few reels I had never seen before which was neat.

Just a quick update. Calendars are selling fast ........probably only about 75 left at the various sponsor stores. If you were thinking about getting one or one as a gift for Christmas I would do it soon. Thanks and enjoy the calendar.
