Title: Clipping Steelhead
Post by: chris gadsden on September 26, 2010, 04:21:53 AM
Was up at the Chilliwack River Hatchery recently and filmed the adipose fin clipping of steelhead fry.

Thanks to Bob and staff for the insight into this process

Neat clip thanks for posting. It is amazing how rough they treat the fry while they clip them. Also wondering if they clip every fish they rear? He kind of implies they don't but didn't say it.
