Clean Out your Freezers!Why wait until Sockeye and Coho season to deal with whatever fish you still have hanging around?If you have not already smoke up those old Springs ,Chum ,Steelhead ,Coho or whatever.much better than turning them into fertilizer.

excellent idea, did mine last week so it's all ready for another season! probably the first time in 20yrs that i haven't got squat to eat for fish. getting tired of eating chicken :(
