He has another one up and the 'run of the river' part and where BC hydro has to pay these small operators 2-3 times the spot market price...and the bit about the media is interesting too.

Gad zooks!  If Rafe can see it and he's a Socred turned Liberal what is wrong with the rest of the electorate in BC.

The reason is a large number of the population and electorate do not pay any attention to such things.

Even some anglers think the present Liberals can do more good than harm to our Province.Time will certainly tell but those that do care about this and other fish related concerns will continue to try and keep them accountable the best they can.
