I have worked in the computer / IT field for the last 17 years or so. Whenever I come across a cool new product, I like to share if I think it's relevant. I know there are varying degrees of tech saviness on FWR so it may not be something for everyone. At any rate while perusing a friends blog today I found a cool product that allows you to bookmark your favorite sites to the web instead of the traditional way of bookmarking them to your web browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer or Netscape. The advantage is that you can be anywhere there is a computer / browser / internet connection and access all of your cool fishing bookmarks.

I realize I have just given the "high level" overview and that there is a lot more you can do.
Here is an example of what my public links look like in furl. You can mark any bookmark private and it will not be seen by anyone but you.
