what kind of rod are you running FF, i have a trophy XL for my bait caster and i really like the action i was thinking of a light to med action trophy pin rod the rating i was looking at is the same as my baitcaster rod 8-17lbs rating. I can't wait till i get my reel as I've been looking around a while for a mint one to come abouts, your's looks to be mint as well   ;)

Sage 3113MB with Milner Talisman - Springs / Chums / Winter Steelhead

Sage 2106B with Milner Kingfisher - Coho / Late Winter Steelhead / Summer Steelhead

I have to agree with a few people here, the Trophy XL is a great starter rod, and will serve you well for a long time.
