Title: Pt. Grey bell buoy

Hi folks. I read in a couple of places about the Pt. Grey bell buoy. Could someone please enlighten me as to where that it, and if you can get to it without a boat (i.e. is it a shore fishing spot)? Thanks for all the help! Keep it up!

Sorry to say, it's a boat spot, it's off of spanish banks and UBC. Not really a shore fihsing spot.

It's about 1.8km from nearest shoreline.
