I have proposed trades to a few people in both leagues and have gotten no response, Roekid, Gotfish and Biffchan, can you look at the trades and either say yes or no

I don't know about that. Hossa has more goals and assist and SHOTS. However he is on a new team.

Yes, but the way this league is set up, Ovechkin is worth two Prongers.

I'm being very generous with my forwards right now and am loosing points in all the trades I have offered you but I can only afford to loose so much on a deal.

of course you are going to lose points when trading forwards for defensemen !!! but in the end you are gonna have to play four defensemen, we all have the same restrictions.. I offered you my two top defensemen, I was way more than generous

I understand what you mean Rick. But you have to understand where I'm coming from, the guys you want me to give up produce 208pts more than the two forwards I would have to promote to take their place. Comparativly, the defensemen you offered me will fetch me about 94pts more than the two defensmen that I would have to demote to make room for them.

Ok guys, I'm not interested in accuiring a goalie. Especially not at the price you guys are asking.
At any given time my players are on the market, however, the price must be right. I'm not going to take on an additional 40pts from defence by sacrificing 120pts on offence. But if there is a fair deal to be made I have no hesitation to make a deal. I would expect you guys to want the same so in my mind the trades I offer improve both teams equally.
That said here's what I'm looking for: No goalies. Flat up not interested!
Stud defencemen, I have a fairly solid defence as it is but I am looking for an elite point getter (Phaneuf, Lidstrom, Pronger, Niedermayer, Blake, Gonchar, Visnovski, not interested in anyone but these guys). I have a very deep pool of forwards. I am willing to give up two depth players to get this d-man. Belive it or not, what I am willing to give up benefits most of you far more than what I would be getting in return.
