Has salmon fishing (sockeye, spring) picked up these couple days?

Heard there's more Socks out there...it's ok one day then they're gone the next--however boats are more successful finding schools......the odd spring for those who know how to find 'em... involves picking an area and waiting for the fish to come to you.

From convo's with local guiding community..that's what I've heard.

Local top guide hasn't put out another report..when he puts out his next report..then pull the trigger and get fishing.

It's getting down to the wire, timing should be this weekend, entering the Strait from both ends I'm told...equal travel time in the chuck....to the mouth.

What do you use to catch socks in the salt with?
I heard a flasher and two black or red hooks work?
Is that true? ???
