Title: Cooking "white fish"

If you have a filet of "white fish" and you just dont know what to do with it.

2 filets of Favorite "white fish"

1 cup of whole milk

1/4 tsp of dill

cracked pepper to taste

garlic (optional)

Add 1 cup of milk to a deep frying pan on medium heat bring to a light simmer, add fish, pepper and garlic, simmer for 20 mins or until fish flakes. Turn off heat, add dill let sit for 2 mins before serving. Serve while still hot.
