Went to the river today with my Dad, he hooked a 14.8 lb hatchery buck mid river. Water was in good condition.

Good first post..right on

Also got out for 3 hours today but found nothing other than a few floats (no drennans) and beer tins.
Did not go to where I caught the fish yesterday as spent the time checking out some other areas. I noticed there was a few anglers fishing where I caught the derby fish yesterday ;D A good number of anglers out and the river was in excellent condition. Talked to a fellow I know and he and his partner picked up a hatchery each this morning.
Started to rain late afternoon but has stopped now so tomorrow should be good. Most people should be back at work and others in school so not so much pressure on the river I would think.
