Title: Capilano River December 28th

Water level has dropped. Fishable but a bit high for my liking. Saw a couple of old timers trying their luck. No luck for them. Saw a couple of cohos lurking about. No 18 lb cohos. Guess I'm looking in the wrong places. :D
