Lorraine, from the Chilliwack Hatchery, gave us an excellent tour on Saturday! Class A staff there!

Nice report and well done on giving your time so freely for a group of young people.
As you saw the Chilliwack Hatchery staff are always very accommodating to vistors, first class operation.
Also a reminder of the open house at the Chilliwack Hatchery on the 22th where everyone interested will be able to see the whole hatchery operation in action plus displays etc..

The open house will be great. It's too bad that it was short notice, since otherwise I would have scheduled my Cub outing for that day. Sounds like the 22nd will be a busy day around there!

Went to Chapman Creek Hatchery before the staff there is really friendly too. We arrived just past their closing time, but seeing that we brought kids they still gave us a full tour. Which was 40 min.

The people that work at these jobs are really good people. It's a fairly unforgiving job, given the constant pressure to cut from up above :(
