which sage rod 3113 LB or 3113mb is better for centerpin set up,or any others advise, thanks

they are both great rods, ask yourself what you will be fishing for...thats a more important criteria.
I have the 3113mb and it manages the big whites and chum quite nicely, I run 15 main and up to 12lb leade. While I have never fished a 3113 LB, if all it is, is a lighter version of the 3113mb, I would not want to be fighting a lot of springs and chums on that rod.
the 3113 is long and limber enough that it is fun with a 4 lb coho but still has the back bone capable of taming springs I dont think that can be said for the 3113lb

Thanks for the advise, reason why i asked, cause i already had a dave vedder (lamiglas x106 ML)centerpin rod,but i want to get a bit more backbone than the dave vedder(line rated 8-12 lb)..so ???.may be i should look for other brand name centerpin rod
