I tried to find Stave Lake and River in the reg. book but can't find it???

it's been a while since I've done any freshwater fishing, but I think that specific lakes are only mentioned if they have special regulations/limits.  If it is not mentioned then the limits etc. are those set out for the region it is in.  I may be wrong, but I don't think so.  If I am please let me know.
