Went an looked at the Seymour today around noon. All I saw at the end of the river across from Allied was one hungry looking seal chasing the ducks and geese.
However if you look upstream from the Seymour River bridge as SS there is an inflated blue boom across the river half way to the Grantham street bridge into Heritage. Anyone know what that is about?
Spoke to DFO and they would look into it.

The GVRD are running a new water main across the river under the watchfull eye of enviromentalists. It could have a connection to the new water filtration system being constructed up river.

That makes sense.
Thanks

it has nothing to do with the filtration plant. I think its water main #5 wich is schedualed to be completed in 2006
