in the upper fraser, is it legal for  natives to fish for socks from shore?  using rods? seems like alot of predjudice in  here, I hope you  take it the wrong way, she loves her fish and will not sell them. .   I'll even help her smoke them or fry them or bbq them etc.   oh,   is there a limit for them if your a native cardholder and want them for food?

Are you talking about food fishery or sports fishing ? If latter, sockeyes are not open for sportsfishing.

I've never heard of First Nations food fishing using rods. They use boats and gill nets.

if she's got status, its totally legal.
