Title: pinks at west Van?

has  anyone tried pink fishing in the ocean, casting lures? since they are not really in the rivers yet I wanted to try the ocean from a boat. it maybe 2 more weeks for  river fishing them

Or 4 weeks or 5.
There is little of note along the W Van waterfront to date.

ok  so it is a week later .   has     (  anybody )??      been fishing north or west vancouver with any luck for the pinks?  thanks for your reply  sam

it's not like there is only one or two of them around  ( the pink's)

There are pinks both off the mouth of the Seymour and Capilano but fishing for them has been slow.

really, on berrys line it was hot  should be hot i hope
 where they are at this time...........

Not at the mouth of the Seymour it isn't. My brother,nephew and I fished it several times this week this week. We manage to hook 3 pinks. Even the regulars are staying away.

I sure hope it gets better for pinks.
