Just received a call from Maple Leaf Bar. CG was sitting by the campfire all alone. He said you should all be out camping like him tonight. This morning I met up with him just before my meeting at the FN/rec resolution dialogue, so he could bring a digital camera along to the bar. Hopefully there will be some good photos when he returns. :)
He provided a brief report. Started barfishing around 1pm, and nothing in the afternoon except one 12 to 13lb chinook that was landed by another angler while barfishing. Around dinner time, he ran to a bouncing rod but the fish was long gone before he had a chance.
Trout Slayer will be joining him in the morning, someone better bring me back some red meat. :)

Boy I can't wait for retirement, Just 45 more years to go and I'll be pickin' pop cans and fishing everyday. I'm on the Freedom 85 plan ;D

Phew, he left some for me. ;D

No kidding. ::) The guy kept asking me to go this past week but he doesn't realize there is this annoying thing called work that keeps getting in the way... ;)

I would be happy to be alive when I am 85. Much more like Freedom 55, but I think will have to work smarter fot that one.
Any way, getting a fishing fever as I haven't been out there in few weeks, and for salmon in few months.
