Title: Cap July 8th

Any report on the current status of the Cap from the Cap regulars?  Was there last evening. Fising was slow with a few fish here & there and water dropped a lot.  The rain should bring more fish up.

river REALLY HIGH
lots of fish in pocket water
lost 1 beside beach
