See? My stocking report was pretty accurate. ;) Was the floating dock crowded or did the rain keep everyone away?

jettabambino is there more than one Sasamat Lake in Lower Mainland or you "cleaned up" entire lake? ;D early in the day.
I was there from about 4pm to 7pm, have seen few very small fish jump, and didn't get a sniff (except I will maybe get a sniff from the cold later on :) ). There were few more people, but nobody during the time I was there got anything. Not a single bite.
The rain was pretty persistant but it slowed down around 6:30pm. Lake was very calm, no wind almost at all, and very beautifull mist hovering right above water. I have tried everything I had with me including meat from my sandwich :) but I think I liked it more than fish, what a waste. Yah, that is OK, it is a part of fishing to get skunked, but it is nice to be out there, while most people probably spend these rainy days fighting for a parking spot in malls.
Hope anybody who heads out that way will have better fishing day (at least warmer).

Sure is a miserable day to be out fishing in the Lower Mainland today.

well the key word in my report is moring..... I was there early am... i only saw another 2 to 4 other people... I didnt fish off the floating dock though.. I found most of the fish to bed close to shore... Went back around 12 ish without a fishing rod to watch how people were doing.... some idiot was using 4 rods at once and then his son came back..... but honestly i couldnt keep the fish offthe hook....
well done with the report Rod..... I am impressed and so is my stomach
