Took the day off work looking for some early silvers.
Got to the cable pool, saw some hiding in the tailout up top.
None interested in my red hot pro cured chum roe though.
Decided to take a hike and found a nice deep pool that I have never come across before.
Within 5 casts. Float buried and chrome explodes at surface.
Bonk, nice 3 or so lbser hatchery fish in the bag.
Left around 9 to get back home and do some yard work for the old lady. 8)
Tight lines!!!!!!

Right on there!!
Better yet man..there was quite a school jumping off Ambleside the other day.
A buddy of mine stopped by but couldn't find it. Did find some massive schools of bait there though.

hit the river yesterday... very high water and fast flow, looked more like the chilliwack than the cap. Wouldn't yta know it though, perfect flows and no fish around. talked to 4 or 5 guys from cable to the lower and nadda fish spotted or touched. Hatchery entrance chutes empty too. A few more weeks and it'll be on.... hope there is still some water by then.
