I got up early today, went out and bought my licenses and decided to try my luck. Started out at the slough. Ended up catching a couple cutties and a small rainbow on rolled muddlers. Nothing big but they were a good way to start off the day. On the way back home I decided to try the vedder inspite of prior knowledge reguarding its condition. Upon arrival I found out what I already knew, it was high but still fishable with around 2.5ft visibuility. Fished the upper river for most of the day with nothing to show for my efforts. On the way out I stopped off at the hatchery channel and took some pics. Maybe I'll try the chehalis tomorrow.
