OK so here's the deal with this guy, that clip is of Bill Hamilton in 1960, the originator of the "Hamilton Jet Drive" . He's testing one of his jets in that vid. I think he's trolling way tooo fast ;D

Yeah, he should really stick either to fishing the pockets, or find some slower water :D
