Went to the big qualicum this morn thinking it wouldnt be to crowded because it was a weekday. wrong!it was packed i watched for about an hour didnt bother fishing. Went to a little river near my house. First cast lose a coho next cast hook a simaler one about 6 pounds get it in. After that i lost 9 more!!!!!! I got 8 of them on a bluefox #4 and 1 on a pink spoon. They were all chrome bullets and two were monsters! I lost one around 15 and one around 10 the 15 pounder snapped my line thanks to my drag malfunctioning. I swear my drag has a mind of its own one second no drag next second no line comes out ill have to fix it. All fish were released. Also i went out and got a new bluefox for tommorow!
Ps i saw one guy with 2 or 3 nice coho at the big Q

Ill send them tonight. I only had one coho hit today and i lost it :'( Accidently snagged a nice chum in the tail took 50 min to land with the current helping it and no way of following it downstream. I also lost my bluefox on a chum still silverish. I thought it was played out and i went to grab it and the line was slack. It exploded off and the line snapped.

Thx for posting them. I nearly fell in trying to land the coho. I had fish from the trees practicly. The cohos about 6-7 and the chums 12-14. Both gave nice fights especially the chum!
