Title: Black Beauty at the Vedder Train bridge
Post by: calfisher on October 11, 2004, 08:29:57 PM
Walked down to the train bridge to see what was happening.  Wow, 12 foot leaders and bouncing bettys.

So this guy on the Yarrow side hooks into a spring and plays it for a while, it jumps and no silver can be seen.  He gets a guy to land it by net and lifts it proudly and says great for the smoker!

Wow, some people will eat anything.

That boot will probably wind up buried under his rose bush.

Let's go easy on the fellow! I remember my first attempts, I would have been happy to have it half rotten!  Dead might have been ok as well! ;)

Exactly, so much for helping to save a spawner.
