With this recent rain was the Cap improved? Anyone? Doc? I'll drive over Marine and take a look. ;)

Nope. Very low & very slow.

I far as I know, the river has not been high for months.

Doc,i heard they are stablizing the bank because of a new building being built near the cap.Thats what a loco told me.

I hear that they are tearing down the Park Royal Hotel and putting up condos.

For those wishing to drive to the Cap to check out the river level, here is a link to a site by the river rafting guys so you can save the driving.  The camera shot is right by the barrier dam.  No water flow to speak of recently. >:(

being a local, I know this:

if you like the resturant..go now...before the whole thing closes, as they are having awesome dinners for LOW prices.

It might be over...my wife and I just got in one night, and it was cheap. Like $10 each cheap.
