Title: Vedder Sept.12, Water Conditions At Dark

Just checked the water conditiond at 7:45 pm at Lickman Road and the conditions should be perfect for a morning try but to me it is a bit early yet.

 On the other hand if a person has the time to get out, now is the time to scout around and who knows you may find a  fish or two as Rodney did. ;D ;D
