Post by: lucky on August 30, 2004, 06:13:45 PM
fished the lower fraser for jack springs today for the third time in as many days.  Today i finally broke the curse ive been under and beached three nice fish from 2-5 lbs, fishing was on and off most of the day but there were at least 20 caught all day, best time seemed to  be early in the morning.

went out for jacks again today, got one, put up a great fight for the size of the fish. fishing seemed a little slower than yesterday but lotsa fish caught, these fish are so hungry! most of the time they swallow the roe all the way down, sure is a nice change from the sockeye fishing, cant wait till the cohos come in, ive heard a couple were caught early in the week
