Title: Boat for the Fraser & Harrison

What is the minimum size boat and motor for the Fraser and/or the Harrison?  I have seen too many boats trying to go upstream that are painfully inadequate.  I am looking to buy a boat next spring and I am on a somewhat limited budget.

I am no expert but we have a 14 foot lund with 20 hp and it gets along fine in the fraser with 5 people in it around the waters near chilliwack.
