Title: Bad Meatloaf?
Post by: Max on August 21, 2004, 05:53:34 PM
Guys...Have this meatloaf sitting in the fridge for a few days now.

Without tasting it, how do you know it's bad?  It does not smell or look weird but I get a feeling it's bad. Don't really want to waste it if I don't have to.
Oh...the meatloaf has sockeye in it too. ;D

Always go with your gut feelings when it comes to whether food is good or not... Even if it smells and looks ok ...if for some reason you do't trust it ... Don't!

Remember botulism is odorless!

My rule is that if it begins to turn green, it's time to throw it. Let it be known that no meatloaf last more than 2 days in my household.
