Title: Salmon Burger!

I like to make my salmon burgers out of the leftover meat along the spine after filleting. i just scrape it off with a spoon. then give it a quick chop, add some egg and panko, form it and pan fry. never thought of adding tomato and spinach directly to the patty. i thought that would make it too wet.

Wow that burger looks tasty. I love seeing how you enjoy every part of what you are able to harvest. I am looking forward to the video tonight. Take what you can eat "which means everything including eyes" and put back more into the management of fisheries than you use. We all need to lead like this.
