Title: sunfish around burnaby

I was wondering where i could fish for sunfish in burnaby because i get skunked so often, i just wanna catch a fish!

I used to fish in deer lake. Used worms and they would start biting after a specific time during evenings (keeps changing).
I went there this year and no bites - guessing heat wave took a toll on those fish, bass seems to be doing good there. I would personally leave them alone this year and next for that lake

always worms under a bobber, deer lake dock is good when water is warmer around the dock, fish structure and around the dock
