Post by: Redduffin on January 16, 2021, 04:06:51 PM
Hey Guys, long shot but.
I’m looking for a 4.5” Left hand retrieve bearing Milner Talisman.
Not fussy about colour must be in great condition.
Thanks!

not meaning to take over - but i thought the best things about cp reels was that they spin in either direction - how is one left or right handed?

A left hand retrieve reel would have the clicker lever facing towards butt of rod, while holding rod with right hand!

As well as clicker knob placement, it’s optional but Talismans can also be had with silent retrieve so when the clicker is engaged it clicks with line going out but when reeled forward it does not making the retrieve non reversible.

Good luck on your search, I was looking for the same and just received a 4.5” left handed Talisman that I found on another forum brand new never fished for a good price.
