These were among the highest end downriggers Cannon ever produced.
When purchased, they were $ 1,400.00 each.
Two of these units have seen a season and a half of use.
The third is new in the box.

250 feet per minute retrieve rate with 20 pound leads.
Power down and up - stainless gear driven (not belts)
Built in "Black Boxes" (Positive Ion Control)
Short-Stop safely stops weight retrieval at waterline
Heavy-duty, stainless steel telescopic boom extends from 24" to 53"
Three-digit depth counter
Can be controlled remotely from a Humminbird plotter / sounder (required cables not included)
