Do we have to wait until April 1st to buy 2019 licenses? The website is not letting me buy mine today - and I really don't wanna get up an extra half an our early to get one April 1st as we are fishing that day. Would be nice to get it ahead of time as we are required to do it at home as they wont let you buy it on your phone or tablet (so we can print it out). I understand why that is - but not why you cant renew within 2 weeks of the expiry date.
