Talked to the seller, who says he will have fish tomorrow after their FN opening today at 4:00pm.
Says they are allowed to keep coho if they are dead in the net.
He will call me in the morning with fish.

Probably a Communal Opening and Not EO.  They may be allowed to keep dead coho but certainly not allowed to sell to the public.

Ya, that is the Cap. The CL post is also early October before the current blow out of most rivers. Natives have been harvesting coho the whole summer until blow out of the river. If DFO didn't go to knock down their weirs, don't think they will crack down FN's sales of fish.
