Fished the bottom end of the boat in side of peg leg on tuesday. Me and a buddie arrived at 6:30 am and fished hard till 5:00 pm. Between the two of us zero sox. But of course everyone around us limited out in 1 to 2 hours. I would say that the fishing was fair it seemed turn on when were getting ready to go every other rod on the bar was bent over all the way up the bar. Just not my day but a great day none the less.

Play with your weight so you don't drag bottom. You want it to tap lightly on it's way down and not hit ervery rock. Keep your line straight and your rod at about 30 degrees up from the river. If the wind picks up, as it can, add more weight to keep the line straight. On Tuesday, Leadbelly and I were the last boat down around the corner and we got 2 each & Leadbelly got his Spring. Hope this helps.
