Post by: NaStY5000 on August 08, 2017, 07:21:20 PM
I hate to do this but up for sale is 2  41/2" Talisman reels with 24ct gold plating on the brass.

Both these reels are number sequential. One is 1697 and the other is 1797. They are both new and not fished. Both reels come with cards signed by John himself. They are complete with paper work. No pouches as they are prob around 17yrs old.

They also come in a wooden box i believe may have been made by john. Not sure on that though.

Please pm me if you want pics. The email system doesnt seem to be working for me.

First come first gets. I will only sell as a pair.

$1600

Thanks for looking

I don't know - the flashy gold is going to scare the fish on sunny days. One would need to scotch bright the reels to break that flashy glare. Seems like too much work.

Probably would make a couple nice retirement gifts.

Now I know why I am not catching anything ;D. Looks like they scare fish even on rainy days. ;D
