This rod is a great jig-twitching, spoon and/or spinner rod.  Light but powerful. It is custom built circa 1995.
Cork is in great shape. Ready to be fished.

is this a spinning or level wind rod? and how long? sorry not familiar with the CT-390-2 designation.

It's a casting rod 9 feet in length.
