This CP rod was built up from a G Loomis blank back in 2003. This Loomis blank was the last run made by Loomis before Shimano bought out the company. It has quality components and cork. It doesn't say 3106L on the blank but it has been compared to Sages CP3106L

Builder is thought to be Brian Babcock. Has the original owner's name on it which can be removed.

It could be IM6 ST1263. I have custom built one too. Nice light and strong coho and steelie rod.
