Gotta say if I was a buyer I would want a lot more information than you gave.  At the very least the components used, builder, and an email address for pictures.

I have no history on this rod, believe it's a factory build. Located in tri cities

3113mb .... as far as I know is not a factory rod. Pretty sure 'mb' indicates a medium blank.
A factory rod would be 3113m
